Request For Bid for Procurement of Essential Food Supplies and NFIs for the Drought Affected in Bardhere, Somalia.

Muslim Aid Somalia Country Office (MASCO) invites tenders/Bids for the provisions of food items for1210 Households and non-food items (NFIs) for 400 households (HH) in Bardhere Jubaland region.
Bidding will be conducted through open national competitive Procurement. It is a pre-requisite that Bidders must be in good standing and have the requisite Registration certificate, have previously engaged in similar or related activities and able to access the area of operation. Bidders must be registered on the Public Procurement Authority. The details of the bids are as follows.
A non-compulsory clarification meeting will be held on 15th August2022 @ 10H00 – 12H00, Fist Floor, Afrique Hotel Boardroom, K4, Airport Road, Wadajir District.
Bid documents, clearly marked and sealed must be deposited in the bid box at the front of reception before the closing time. Bid documents will be opened in public soon after the closing time.
The closing time and date for receipt of bids is 22nd August 2022, 10H00.
Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, e-mail, facsimile and late tenders will be rejected automatically. Requirements for sealing, addressing, delivery, opening and assessment of tenders shall be mandatory. Service providers will be adjudicated according to the Supply Chain Management Policy.
