SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS FOR SUPPLY OF SEEDS, TOOLS AND FUEL IN 4 VILLAGES IN BELETHAWA AND DOLOW DISTRICTS.
Cooperazione Internazionale (COOPI) is implementing a Somalia Resilience Programme in Dolow and Belethawa Districts, Gedo Region, Southern Somalia. The goal of the project is “Increase the resilience of chronically vulnerable people, HHs, communities and systems in targeted pastoral, agro-pastoral and peri-urban livelihood zones”. One of the main result of this project is “ Improved adaptive capacity of individuals (disaggregated by AGD), HHs and communities through support to livelihood diversification and improved access to markets, financial services, and basic livelihood services”. As part of the activities supporting this result, COOPI intends to purchase seeds, tools and Fuel for irigation to 370 farmer in Dayax, Oda, Shirko and Sadumay Villages, in Dollow and Belet-Hawa Districts.The quotation should include delivery of the above mentioned Materials in Belethawa and Dollow districts. Submitted bids should indicate the price per unit and should be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of the bid.
COOPI invites qualified contractors to collect quotation bidding documents as specified herein below.
The quotations should be addressed to COOPERAZIONEINTERNAZIONALE (COOPI) in sealed envelope marked SOMREP DFAT4/001/2017 “SUPPLY OF SEEDS, TOOLS AND FUEL IN 4 VILLAGES IN BELETHAWA AND DOLOW DISTRICTS“.
Costs incurred by the supplier in preparing and submitting the quotation will not be reimbursed.
Soft copy of tender documents (tender notice/dossier) with detailed specifications can be obtained from Somalia NGO Consortium Website www.somaliangoconsortium.org/career as from July 07th, 2017.
The deadline for submitting the Bid is 15.00 hours, East African Time on July 11th, 2017 at the COOPI Mogadishu Office. Any tender received after this deadline will not be considered.
