SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS FOR SUPPLY OF SEEDS, TOOLS, FUEL AND HONEY EXTRACTION MACHINES IN BELETHAWA AND DOLOW DISTRICTS.
Cooperazione Internazionale (COOPI)has recieved funding from ITALIAN AGENCY FOR DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION- AICS in Dolow and Belethawa Districts, Gedo Region, Southern Somalia. The title of the project is “Enhanced recovery for drought affected population in Gedo region in South Somalia”. One of the main result of this project is “ Improved food security and livelihoods for drought affected agro-pastoral population in Gedo, Southern Somalia”.
As part of the activities supporting this result, COOPI intends to purchase Honey extraction machines to 10 farmergroups in Dollow and Belet-Hawa Districts.
The quotation should include delivery of the above mentioned Materials in Belethawa and Dollow districts. Submitted bids should indicate the price per unit and should be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of the bid.
Soft copy of tender documents (tender notice/dossier) with detailed specifications can be obtained from Somalia NGO Consortium Website www.somaliangoconsortium.org/career as from October 12th, 2017.
The quotations should be addressed to COOPERAZIONEINTERNAZIONALE (COOPI) in sealed envelope marked AICS/001/2017 “SUPPLY OF SEEDS, TOOLS, FUEL AND HONEY EXTRACTION MACHINES IN BELETHAWA AND DOLOW DISTRICTS “.
Costs incurred by the supplier in preparing and submitting the quotation will not be reimbursed.
The deadline for submitting the Bid is 15.00 hours, East African Time on October 17th, 2017at the COOPI Dollow Office. Any tender received after this deadline will not be considered.
